We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Carroll County, Ohio. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
