Assembly technician — Iron County

Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Iron County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 1+ years on the tools preferred.
