Quality control inspector • Cayuga County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Cayuga County, New York. The job is at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Requirements: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Rotating shifts.
