Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Montgomery County, Alabama. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
