Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Rotating shifts.
