Head baker — Red River Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Red River Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
