Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Webster County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Part-time with flexible hours.
