Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Cotton County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a café. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
