Industrial sewing operator wanted in Kittitas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Kittitas County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
