Plasterer's mate — Smith County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Smith County, Tennessee. You will work in a refurbishment property. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Day to day you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
