Metal caster wanted in Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Wayne County, Tennessee. You will be based in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Your main tasks: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Requirements: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
