Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile roofer in Cass County, Texas. The role involves: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
