Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
