We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Appanoose County, Iowa. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
