Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Grenada County, Mississippi. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Six days a week, one day off.
