Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate The role involves: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
