Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Day to day you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
