Abattoir worker wanted in Passaic County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Passaic County, New Jersey. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Full-time, day shift. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
