Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Hempstead County, Arkansas. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
