Vacancy available: framing carpenter (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Centre County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. On the job you will handle: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
