Vacancy available: we are hiring a punch press operator in Roberts County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings 5+ years on the tools preferred.
