Gantry crane operator — Ogbaru

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Ogbaru, Anambra State. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. The role involves hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
