Panel painter wanted in Russell County

Join our team: we are hiring a panel painter in Russell County, Kentucky. You will work at an accident repair centre. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
