Ironing operator — Benzie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Benzie County, Michigan. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Your main tasks: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
