Conventional mill operator — Slope County

Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Slope County, North Dakota. On a typical shift you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls 5+ years on the tools preferred.
