Countertop fabricator — Saunders County

Now hiring: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Saunders County, Nebraska. You will work in a stone processing yard. You should have: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Day-to-day duties: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
