Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Posey County, Indiana. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift.
