Rigging foreman — Nasarawa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. The role involves: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
