Cake decorator — Door County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Door County, Wisconsin. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
