Restaurant steward — Marengo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Marengo County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Rotating shifts.
