Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Full-time, day shift.
