Surface coating operator wanted in West Northamptonshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in West Northamptonshire, England. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
