We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Cumbria, England. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Rotating shifts.
