Pipe TIG welder — Clark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Clark County, Kansas. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Your main tasks: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
