Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Olmsted County, Minnesota. The job is in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Your main tasks: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
