Dough maker — Ethiope West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Ethiope West, Delta State. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
