Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Pike County, Kentucky. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
