Cnc lathe operator wanted in Akoko-Edo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Akoko-Edo, Edo. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
