Chiller technician • Platte County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chiller technician in Platte County, Missouri. You will be based in an HVAC service company. You should have: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Day to day you will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
