You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
