Immediate opening: restoration bricklayer (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Brooks County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
