Power float operator wanted in Westmoreland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power float operator in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. On a typical shift you will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. What we are looking for: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
