Head baker wanted in Stanton County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Stanton County, Kansas. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
