We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Lee County, North Carolina. Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
