We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Wayne County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
