Great opportunity: system formwork carpenter (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in George County, Mississippi. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. You will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
