Sheet metal press operator — Camden County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Camden County, North Carolina. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout On a typical shift you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
