Oven operator wanted in Wayne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Wayne County, Tennessee. Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours.
