Electrical technician wanted in Dakota County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrical technician in Dakota County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy electrical contractor. Day to day you will test insulation resistance with a megger; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Normal colour vision for cable identification 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
