Canteen cook — Stonewall County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Stonewall County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
